We are working with a renowned research institute in London to recruit an HR Operations Administrator on a contract basis. The post holder will support the department during the ERP implementation, handling a full range of people administrative services.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as one of the first points of contact for the HR Operations team, dealing with enquiries and monitoring the HR inbox
- Maintain and update the HR system and personal files for all employees
- Ensuring right-to-work compliance and processing contract changes, including hours and holiday adjustments
- Ensure all pre-employment, reference & background checks are completed
- Lead administrator for the performance review process
- Raise purchase orders in relations to invoices raised for recruitment and core overhead costs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a HR Administration role
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel (ability to perform Pivot tables and data analysis)
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience with new starter administration and performance review process
