You will be working for a well-known Public Sector organisation based in London.

Description

The HR Policy & Digitalisation Lead will demonstrate the following:

  • The role is for a policy expert with strong understanding of employee relations and people practises
  • Review and make recommendations for projects, policies and toolkits where possible looking to harmonise and reduce the number of people policies.
  • Ensure a clear set of policies that meet compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Make recommendations to streamline toolkits and guidance documents to make them easier to access and use.
  • Review all people documents on the intranet, providing clear recommendations of how to automate.
  • Create a strategy that moves policies and guidance onto a chatbot to drive ease for managers and employees.
  • Manage the process of testing and ensuring any use of new technology works and will meet customer needs.
  • Manage the project including interfacing with relevant stakeholders such as IT, Risk, Internal Communications, People team and directorates to inform them of changes.
  • Knowledge of People systems such as iTrent and Eploy

Profile

The successful HR Policy & Digitalisation Leadwill possess the following:

  • Degree calibre or demonstrate equivalent experience across policy and employee relationships.
  • Understanding of UK employment law and incoming legislative requirements.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Modelling, Qualitative Research, Customer Journey Mapping
  • Degree in a relevant subject or L4 apprenticeship in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools, and experience in implementing changes in an HR environment.
  • Able to present, communicate and disseminate data analysis appropriately and with high impact
  • Analytical and detailed approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of working with HR systems for example employee engagement, Learning Management and Recruitment systems.
