About the Role:As the first point of contact for candidates and employees, you will resolve HR queries and support the HR Business Partnering team in delivering a seamless employee experience. Your role encompasses a variety of HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on digitisation and streamlining processes. ??

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain all employee documentation and ensure timely processing of changes.
  • Monitor the HR Enquiries inbox, responding to queries within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare payrolls and manage new joiner administration, including inductions.
  • Conduct background checks and manage fixed-term employee processes.
  • Support HR projects and assist with maternity/paternity queries.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 A levels or equivalent + progress towards CIPD qualification.
  • Experience in an HR function and a keen interest in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS; intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
