Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The HR Assistant will provide essential support to the firm's HR and Attorney Development departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and work experience placements.
  • Coordinate induction schedules for new employees.
  • Track absences and manage annual leave entitlements.
  • Prepare letters and respond to employee reference requests.
  • Schedule interviews and manage diary updates.
  • Assist with onboarding administration and orientation materials.
  • Conduct right to work checks and maintain visa records.
  • Perform accurate data entry in Workday and other systems.
  • Maintain and update department records and filing systems.
  • Monitor and respond to department emails.
  • Assist with benefits administration and well-being initiatives.
  • Organise attorney events and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • A' level education or equivalent.
