We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAP Shift Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high voltage air conditioning and ventilation systems within data centres. You will ensure all equipment runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities of the HVAP Shift Engineer:
- Monitor and operate HVAP systems during shifts to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC and high-voltage equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any faults or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of system performance and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams for system upgrades and improvements.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Requirements of the HVAP Shift Engineer:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC engineering.
- Experience with HVAP or high-voltage systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
