Key Responsibilities:- Drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies such as Copilot, Gemini, Harvey, CoCounsel, LexisNexis Protégé, and Bloomberg Law.
- Design and execute hackathons to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and effective use of AI tools.
- Monitor technology performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- AI Tool Implementation: Proven track record of rolling out AI solutions like Copilot or Gemini. Experience with legal-specific tools (e.g., Harvey, CoCounsel) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Hackathon Leadership: Demonstrable experience in organising and running hackathons that promote tech adoption and problem-solving.
