- Lead cross-functional projects focused on data transformation, influencing key stakeholders across Underwriting, Product, Sales, and IT.
- Own the design and implementation of a cutting-edge Underwriting Data Warehouse, tailored for business insight and operational efficiency.
- Define and oversee data quality frameworks, KPIs, and UAT processes to ensure robust, user-centric solutions.
- Drive data governance initiatives, embedding best practices for accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Oversee multiple concurrent data projects, coordinating resources and aligning delivery with strategic priorities.
- Support TPA data initiatives, shaping scalable, future-proof processes in line with business evolution.
- Provide mentorship to project team members and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
