We've partnered with a leading international insurer to help them find a Data Program Manager to join their fast-evolving Transformation team. This is an great opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data across commercial and technical domains, with a strong focus on underwriting and analytics enablement.Role responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on data transformation, influencing key stakeholders across Underwriting, Product, Sales, and IT.
  • Own the design and implementation of a cutting-edge Underwriting Data Warehouse, tailored for business insight and operational efficiency.
  • Define and oversee data quality frameworks, KPIs, and UAT processes to ensure robust, user-centric solutions.
  • Drive data governance initiatives, embedding best practices for accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent data projects, coordinating resources and aligning delivery with strategic priorities.
  • Support TPA data initiatives, shaping scalable, future-proof processes in line with business evolution.
  • Provide mentorship to project team members and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
