Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for managing all acquisition and integration activity including due diligence and harmonisation of terms and conditions as well as policy and process.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have managed several TUPE or acquisitions within a blue collar ideally facilities management environment. It is essential that you have experience of due diligence and harmonisation of both terms and conditions and process.
