We are currently recruiting for an Interim Senior Salesforce Administrator on behalf of one of our clients - a Membership Organisation, based in the City of London.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of investor audience records, while striving for continuous improvement and effectiveness of both the CRM and Pardot applications.
As the subject matter expert in Salesforce, the senior administrator ensures that the CRM is fit-for-purpose by instilling data management disciplines, and exploiting the full potential that the suite of applications can offer. The role is additionally the custodian of all client data and highlights any potential risk under various data protection laws.
Additionally, they take the lead on all Pardot communications and ensure that the integration and transfer of data between Pardot and Salesforce is effective.
Applicants should have proven experience of Salesforce and Pardot administration, ideally with an understanding of the capital markets / investment industry. You should also have excellent attention to detail and good analytical, communication and team working skills.
