Japanese speaking Sales Administrator - What You'll be Doing:
- This role involves supporting sales and marketing, arranging shipments, coordinating logistics, processing shipping documents and processing accounts data using SAP.
- Coordinating the importing, exporting and storage of goods
- Administration of sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices
- Data entry into SAP
- Ensuring accurate stock control
- Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time
- Monitoring credit limits, forex booking balance
Japanese speaking Sales Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience of import/export and logistics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate and proven numerical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
