Your new roleAs a Junior HPC Support Engineer, you'll be part of a global team, providing 24/7 support for a GPU cloud platform and customer clusters. You'll use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance your technical skills in GPU infrastructure support. This role is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, global environment. What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Basic Linux command-line knowledge.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
- Understanding of HPC environments and the components they use.

- Ability to work independently during solo shifts.
