About the role:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Field Service, Customer Service, and Sales modules
- Work with end-users to improve system usage and adoption
- Liaise with the IT team and external partners to escalate complex issues
About You:
- Experienced in Dynamics 365 support, ideally with Field Service, Customer Service, or Sales modules
- Able to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and communicate technical issues clearly
- A team player with strong customer service skills
- Keen to grow your expertise in a fast-moving environment
