A rapidly growing International Business Services company is now looking for a Junior PA to join their friendly team at their headquarters in South West London. This immediate start position is offering a great salary of up to £25,000 per year.

As the successful Junior PA, you will:

  • Provide support to the EA team and Directors, including booking meeting rooms and catering, meeting, and greeting clients, and preparing meeting materials (agendas, handouts etc.)
  • Coordinate travel bookings, such as organising visas, transfers, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as a first point of contact for general email enquiries via the company’s enquiries email inbox.
  • Maintaining executive office environment including refreshment supplies and maintaining stationery stock.
  • General financial administrative tasks including setting up new suppliers and submitting expense claims.

As the successful Junior PA, you will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
  • Some experience in financial administration would be ideal.
