Working with a world-class advisory business on a new permanent opportunity, they are seeking a junior payroll professional with promising talent, this role would involve great progression and opportunity with international projects.

The role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the international team with UK and international entities
  • Preparation of monthly payrolls
  • Managing payroll-related queries
  • Overseeing and administering various benefit schemes, year-end reporting, enrolment of benefits and process changes for associates
  • Maintaining benefit requests and ad hoc projects
  • Reconciliation for UK Payrolls
  • Assisting with payroll projects, new entities to be integrated

Skills and experience:

You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Diligently maintain accurate data with a high level of discretion
  • Proactive with recommending solutions

Key responsibilities of the role:

Supporting the international payroll and benefits team with various ad hoc projects to build and foster a sustainable venture.
