The role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the international team with UK and international entities
- Preparation of monthly payrolls
- Managing payroll-related queries
- Overseeing and administering various benefit schemes, year-end reporting, enrolment of benefits and process changes for associates
- Maintaining benefit requests and ad hoc projects
- Reconciliation for UK Payrolls
- Assisting with payroll projects, new entities to be integrated
Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- High proficiency with Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Diligently maintain accurate data with a high level of discretion
- Proactive with recommending solutions
