The restaurant specialises in casual fine dining Italian cuisine, focusing on fresh pasta made in-house and utilising the finest seasonal produce sourced from the Lake District and Cornwall. Serving lunch and dinner exclusively, with a volume of approximately 140 covers per service, the team consists of 14 talented chefs who work collaboratively to create culinary masterpieces.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role within an Italian cuisine-focused establishment is essential.
