Due to phenomenal growth, sales results and continued success, we are recruiting for a Key Account Manager where you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with Pub Groups

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the implementation of the commercial strategy for London Pub Groups.
  • Take ownership of pricing and profitability targets for the market, collaborating closely with commercial marketing to ensure alignment with long-term brand and business goals.
  • Drive regular performance reviews and forecasting, analysing key factors affecting market results, such as depletions, stock levels, brand initiatives, and competitor actions, while sharing best practices across teams.
  • Manage the P&L for customers, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, and foster close, collaborative partnerships with internal teams, especially commercial marketing and finance.
  • Ensure compliance and professionalism by staying up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and lead effectively in crisis management situations.
  • Adopt a value-driven approach to sales, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve success.

About You:

  • Proven Commercial experience in the Drinks industry with a focus on On-Trade account management.
  • Strong network within Pub Groups, with relationships that can be leveraged.
  • Understanding of Managed & Leased Pubs.
  • Strong proficiency in accurate forecasting and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage data to build compelling commercial arguments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
