About the role of Senior Account Manager

Joining a small but ambitious and successful account management team based in the heart of Central London, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the renewal cycle managing relationships with around 25 enterprise sized accounts across EMEA including: Major Energy providers, Utilities companies, Corporates, Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms and Venture Capitalists.
  • Upgrading single user subscriptions to multiuser subscriptions
  • Providing proactive and consultative client support ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within your existing client base
  • Be the 1st point of contact for any training requirements or customer issues
  • Hunting for new business within existing clients and look to cross sell / up sell additional subscription data licenses to existing accounts
  • Achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Negotiating renewal subscriptions with existing clients whilst always looking to grow your existing book of business

About You

  • Proven track record in Account Management (min. 3+ years) with experience of the full account management process from renewals to driving new business growth
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Track record in Subscription based Sales / Data, SAAS or FinTech along with Consulting or Research is preferred and we would also consider Customer Success candidates seeking more commercial responsibilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent face to face presentation skills and experience
