Position Lead M&E Engineer

Salary Up to £47,000 per annum + £500 Xmas Bonus.

Location London, Holborn

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.

Reporting Into Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Lead Engineer based on a state of the art commercial site in the heart of Londons Westend, Holborn you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified but have experience with mechanical plant.

Mon-Fri from 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have lead engineering experience.

Landlord services.

8 floors within the building.

Static high-end commercial site in the heart of Londons Westend, Holborn.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations (Level 3 Required)

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations.

2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired.
