Learning & OD Officer - National Charity - Remote - £25,000 with great benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a passion for developing others to join an inclusive national charity. Reporting into a Learning & OD Manager you will be support the development and delivery of the organisation's Learning and Organisational Development strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing guidance, consultation and subject matter expertise on all learning activities
  • Delivering high quality inductions
  • Supporting the Learning & OD Managers with the entire learning cycle including needs analysis, design and evaluation
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and the broader Learning & OD team
  • Promoting a learning culture across the organisation
  • Planning and scheduling learning interventions
  • Working on specific learning projects

You should be an HR professional with experience of the entire learning cycle including delivering induction training. An understanding of learning best practice needs to be combined with excellent communication skills, an ability to influence key stakeholders and work well in a team environment.
