Eltham College Family of Schools are looking for someone keen to learn all aspects of modern Edtech and Pedtech implementation, to join our highly oversubscribed institution recently recognized as the Independent Secondary School of the Year 2024!

Location: Bromley and GreenwichPosition: Full-time, Onsite (starting 8 AM)

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Digital Champion: Become a primary resource for classroom technology, supporting staff and students with O365, iOS, Windows and other digital tools.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Support our school-wide strategy to embed technology throughout the curriculum, enhancing student outcomes and staff retention.
  • Champion Digital Skills Development: Ultimately deliver engaging video and classroom-based training and coach educators and students on best practices, promoting digital literacy and citizenship.
  • Innovate with Purpose: Develop expertise in many fields including infrastructure, cyber security, data, robotics, online safety, and cloud infrastructure. Helping to implement cutting-edge edtech and pedagogy methodologies.
  • Project Management: Work on many projects that focus on accessibility and technology usage while resolving tech issues and enhancing the digital experience.

Who You Are:

  • A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a growth mindset.
  • Ideally located in Bromley or Greenwich, and able to drive (free parking available!).
  • A recent A Level or University Graduate, an ex-teacher or any tech enthusiast (IT commercial exp NOT essential) who thrives in dynamic environments and loves interacting with people on the ground.
