Early Careers Coordinator- 9 Month FTC

Department: Talent Acquisition - Early Careers Team

Seeking a proactive and organised Early Careers Coordinator to join our dynamic Early Careers Team within the wider Talent Acquisition department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our new early careers joiners have an exceptional experience from recruitment through to development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment Centres: Organise and coordinate assessment centres, including candidate and assessor management, production of assessment materials, handling candidate queries and expenses, and providing general administrative support.
  • Event Management: Plan and facilitate events such as careers fairs, Q&A panels, and online events.
  • Insight and Internship Programmes: Manage all logistical components of our Insight and Internship programmes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with processing invoices, budget tracking, room and video conference bookings, candidate query management, travel and accommodation arrangements, and production of event materials.
  • Performance Management: Track and manage apprentice and graduate performance reviews.
  • Logistics Management: Support the Graduate Development Manager with apprentice and graduate rotations and the annual qualification process.
  • Training Programmes: Plan and organise all logistical components of apprentice and graduate training programmes.
