Title: Legal Entity Controller

Location: London

Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and analys financial statements, including resolving accounting issues and requirements
  • Liaising with external auditors
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve our workflows and integrity of reporting information with a strong improvement mindset
  • Take ownership of legal entity reporting requirements
  • Coordination with multiple teams across the business and across the globe - including operations, trading, risk and FP&A in a collaborative and problem solving capacity
  • Involvement in a broad range of department-wide projects and initiatives
  • Preparation of tax reporting documents and working with the tax team to assist with filings.
