Title: Legal Entity Controller

Responsibilities:
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, directors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and analys financial statements, including resolving accounting issues and requirements
- Liaising with external auditors
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve our workflows and integrity of reporting information with a strong improvement mindset
- Take ownership of legal entity reporting requirements
- Coordination with multiple teams across the business and across the globe - including operations, trading, risk and FP&A in a collaborative and problem solving capacity
- Involvement in a broad range of department-wide projects and initiatives
- Preparation of tax reporting documents and working with the tax team to assist with filings.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Profesional qualification with experience in financial services or trading entities.
- Proactive approach to change, automation and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Team player with strong communication skills
