Legal PA - £54k - 2 days WFH

A super friendly US Law firm a short walk from Liverpool St station are seeking a Legal PA to support team of around 4 at Partner level within Corporate Finance!

You can expect duties such as:

  • Partner diary management which involves working across different time zones
  • Partner inbox management and filing
  • Coordination and booking of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Processing of expenses
  • Billing and invoicing of clients
  • Assisting fee-earners with time recording
  • Producing Word documents, including correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, reports
  • Strong document skills with regards to cleaning, formatting, and styling word documents
  • Create and/or revise Adobe, Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence and documents
  • Proofread and edit documents
  • Onboarding new clients, opening new matters, and drafting engagement letters

You will need at least 3 years of Legal Secretary/PA expeirence, ideally gained within Corporate/Commercial department of a law firm.
