The FirmOur client, a progressive and leading law firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their City of London office.
The OpportunityThe successful Legal PA will support a team of Partners and Associates within their Real Estate team. You will provide seamless administrative support to the Associates and have overall responsibility for the management of Partners' day-to-day tasks, including dealing with clients. Duties to include:
- Managing and monitoring diaries along with inboxes on behalf of others
- Client onboarding, AML checks, client engagement agreements; arranging file closures, supervise general filing and record keeping
- Support with marketing activities and preparation of pitches and presentations
- Organising meetings and booking conference rooms
- Being the primary point of contact with clients in relation to onboarding and billing
- Producing drafts and finalised bills, sending bills to clients and assisting with queries
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels through the firms designated travel supplier and creating detailed itineraries
- Maintaining and updating client information and coordinating and organising business development activities
- Typing correspondence, creating documents and letters
- Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
This Legal PA opportunity, is full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirements
- Previous Legal PA/EA experience supporting a Real Estate team
- Experience supporting at Partner level within a law firm
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
