Legal PA - Shipping - Global Law Firm - Paying up to £45k + 2 days WFH

My Client, a Global Law firm situated in the heart of the City seek a Legal PA to assist Partners and Fee Earners within their Shipping department.

This firm boasts over 20 Global offices and a long list of awards in numerous areas. They are happy to review CV's from both a Corporate and or Litigation/Disputes background, so if you are keen then apply ASAP to avoid disappointment.

  • This role sits within the exciting Shipping Department

Duties include:

  • Liaising with Client to schedule meetings and managing the Fee Earner's diaries
  • Managing travel arrangements including travel packs/itineraries
  • Creating and amending Legal documentation to include correspondence
  • Email management - monitoring, screening, responding and delegating
  • Assisting with Business Development activities
  • Assisting with the expenses
  • Assisting with the billing process and managing the liaising with Clients with regards to billing matters

Skill required:

  • Previous Legal PA experience
  • Understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with Colleagues, Clients and third parties alike
