Salary - Basic: £18,000 - £20,000 + Commission (£45,000 OTE) & car allowance

Full UK Licence and own car required

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch in West Hampstead. They have an impressive amount of local knowledge and experience and are looking for a candidate with exceptional people skills to come in and hit the ground running. Ensuring smooth transactions between clients and tenants and that they receive the best service with the upmost professionalism.

A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence and own vehicle
A hard working and positive attitude are essential to this role.
