An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join this well established law firm based in the heart of South West London.
You will be reporting directly into the Head of Residential Property and will be managing your own caseload.
Duties as follows:
- To provide legal and practical advice to all clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing and property transactions.
- To provide the utmost standard of "Client Care" and quality of service at all times.
- To work accurately and professionally in accordance with SRA compliance procedures.
- To advise and update clients on all stages of their respective property transactions.
- To deal with freehold and leasehold sales as well as Licenses to Alter, Deeds of Variation and Lease Extensions.
- To meet profit cost targets
- Experience dealing with leasehold enfranchisement would be desirable but is not essential.
- To participate in marketing initiatives within the firm.
My client is ideally looking for a Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE experience.
