This role is at the very heart of the operation of our city buildings. Connecting with our residents ensuring a safe and enjoyable residential environment, creating a real warm sense of arrival and fond farewell for our residents, their guests, and visitors. The role will extend and deliver the highest level of intuitive & anticipatory service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Acts as a liaison with all in guests in person with all residents, their guests and visitors.*Ensure a clean environment both pre and post resident move-in and move-out process.*Work closely with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the cleanliness satisfaction of stakeholders.*To support the vision of a clean and presentable environment at all times within Thames City.* To ensure any keys removed from concierge through traka or estates management through verify are returned to always ensure a safe and secure building.* Greet our residents, their guests and visitors and make them feel welcomed in Thames City* Create outstanding welcome and farewell experiences for our residents.* Establish special conversations with residents, which identify personal preferences;* Working alongside the team and our suppliers to create the perfect experience for our residents.* Provide assistance and quality service for concierge and door teams.* Be a source of information to residents, their guests and visitors on various matters such as amenity offerings & activities.* Act as a guide when guests ask for directions and assist them to their destination taking the first few steps to guide them with direction.
