Why not join our team as we start on our new journey, we have an opportunity for a full time Loss Prevention Officer to join our team, reporting direct to the Loss Prevention Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.

Being a visual deterrent means that you are also an ambassador for the store and will be interactive with both customers and staff providing friendly customer service where necessary.

This is a varied role and duties will include

  • Patrolling the store and staff areas
  • Monitoring the CCTV
  • Conducting staff searches and till checks
  • Liaising with the store team to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Health and Safety.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries whilst you are on the Sales Floor.

What you need

  • A calm and confident manner and approach to difficult situations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills .
  • Be willing to be trained as a First Aider.
