Are you an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing consultancy? Flux Consulting have partnered witha leading name in the construction and project management sector.

We areseeking a motivated Quantity Surveying professional to join theteam. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to work on exciting projects.

The duties of this position will include;

  • Provide accurate cost management and project valuation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular financial progress updates and advise clients on cost implications.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;

  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work is essential.
