We areseeking a motivated Quantity Surveying professional to join theteam. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to work on exciting projects.

The duties of this position will include;

Provide accurate cost management and project valuation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide regular financial progress updates and advise clients on cost implications.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;

Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work is essential.
