I am working with 1 of UK's largest residential developers who have a strong International Team. They are currently looking for an Mandarin Speaking International Sales Executive to join them
Essential Experience:
- Experience in B2B Management or Account Management
- Fluent Mandarin Speaking
- Experience driving sales
- Has worked with high net worth customers previously
Day to day duties:
- Responding to initial enquiries via email or on the phone
- Driving Sales Performance
- Hosting events with investors
- Conducting viewings
- Show casing the local areas to the clients
- Account management of the managing agent
- Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
- Aftercare
