Our Client is a medium-sized, very well established Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Sub-Contractor. They employ about 200 people in total, approx. 50 of whom are based in their well placed central London office which is where this role is based. Their work mainly involves Cat. A and Cat B. Fitout Projects in Central London. They are very successful and an important, high quality M and E sub-contractor in the busy London market.
They are currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator typically with between 2 and 8 years experience of Mechanical Building Services Estimating. You will be working within a team of five people in a very modern, open office. This company have a particularly friendly vibe and a low turnover of staff. They are a high quality employer and really look after their people.
There are excellent prospects for ongoing development within the team and more broadly within the company.
