Partnering with one of the Europe's leadingmain contractors we are recruiting an MechanicalLeadto deliver a state of the art Health project near Kings Cross in London.

Our client has been established for 100+ years with a successful track record delivering major projects across the UK and Europe across health, commercial, data centres and public sector up to 1b earning them one of the most reputable names in UK construction.
Their health division has a full workbook over the next few years providing consistent work locally in the area with huge commercial upside to capitalise on with strong progression accessible for the successful candidate.
Role:
Scope for this position will be leading the Mechanicalfunction of the project hand in glove with the MEP Lead delivering a MEP package in excess of 50m
You will be leadingthe mechanical packages working with subcontractors and key stakholders from preconstruction through to delivery.
Technically you will need to demonstrate a track record delivery projects of a similar scale within the health, labs or life science sector.
