Role Overview:
- Midday Meal Supervisor position in Lambeth, working with a supportive SEN unit.
- Hours: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate start available for the right Midday Meal Supervisor candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support pupils with Autism during lunch and playtimes as their Midday Meal Supervisor.
- Manage lunchtime routines, ensuring smooth transitions and a structured environment.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage social interaction as a proactive Midday Meal Supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous in-school experience is essential to excel as a Midday Meal Supervisor.
- Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic setting.
- Experience working with children with Autism or SEN is desirable for a successful Midday Meal Supervisor.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to process one through Reeson Education.
