We're looking for a fabric to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you'll support the maintenance and operation of a high-profile venue and play a key part in ensuring events run smoothly.

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 6 days off
  • Rotating early and late shifts
What You'll Do
  • Perform planned maintenance tasks across the site.
  • Respond quickly to reactive maintenance needs.
  • Support event operations, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
  • Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Complete maintenance reports and keep systems up to date.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications in carpentry, plumbing, or general building works (e.g., NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, ideally in high-profile environments.
  • Basic knowledge of domestic water systems and Legionella awareness (L8).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certifications such as IOSH, PASMA, or MEWP IPAF.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Experience working in public attractions or busy venues.
