Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multiskilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. They are looking for someone either with a driving licence or they will consider someone who is looking for a on foot mobile role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the mechanical, electrical, and building systems in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Electrical Maintenance: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of systems including lighting, power, HVAC, and control systems.
- Mechanical Systems: Carry out maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, boilers, pumps, and other building-related equipment.
- Building Fabric Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of the building fabric, including minor construction, carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Required:
- Plumbing Qualification (Preferred)
- Electrical Qualification (Preferred)
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Full UK Driving licence (Preferred)
- Needs to be happy to travel around London
