Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Plumbers to work on properties based in Walthamstow on a Permanent basis
You will undertake Responsive and Planned repairs to occupied properties. Carrying out Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting works. We are after someone who has previous experience in Void or Disrepair properties and is bale to undertake remedial duties outside their core trade
Offering 38,000 - 40,000 + van and fuel card and benefits
- Needs experience in a similar role
- Trade related qualification either NVQ or C&G
- Full UK Driving licence is essential
