Position: Multi Trade Operative
Location: South London - patch to be discussed at interview
Salary: 36,000 basic salary plus van, fuel, bonus and benefits - opportunity for call-out and overtime if desired
Contract: Permanent
We are working in partnership with a large social housing maintenance contractor who arerecruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their property repairs and maintenance team.
An area/ patch close to home will be allocated to you, to be discussed at interview.
Duties include :
Attenting reactive repairs in occupied properties, void refurbishments
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience of carpentry repairs, as well as knowledge of other trades - plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating etc

NVQ qualifiecation or 'qualified by experience'
- Social housing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full driving licence
