CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Multi-Trader

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards, kitchen fitting etc
The ideal candidate will also have experience of painting and decorating, tiling, plastering and so on

JOB INFORMATION

As a multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis. You would be responsible for carrying out general property maintenance such as painting and decorating and carpentry work for private domestic dwellings across West London
General building maintenance experience such as fencing/decking, skirting boards, fire door installation and maintenance, painting and decorating, tiling and so on.
Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
Working as part of a close-knit team you will work both alone and in small teams dependent on the requirement
