An ambitious and forward-thinking Architecture Studio is seeking a New Business & Bids Manager to help drive their growth and success in 2025. This exciting role combines business development with bid management, making it ideal for someone with a passion for architecture and experience in generating new business opportunities within the sector. You’ll be overseeing the bid process, building key client relationships, and contributing to the studio's strategic growth. You’ll also be supported by a team of two administrators to help you manage the day-to-day tasks, with your expertise ensuring that proposals and client communications are clear, compelling, and aligned with the studio’s vision.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, bid management, within the architecture or design sector and strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines. They will have familiarity with industry trends and business development strategies, plus a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Lastly, excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the entire bid process, from researching opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Support the creation and delivery of persuasive presentations to clients and potential partners.
- Ensure all bid documentation is meticulously prepared and meets the studio’s high standards.
