NICE CXOne Engineer

Salary - £48-55k Basic

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled NICE CXOne Engineer to work directly with clients, offering expert guidance and technical insight into Nice CXone solutions. This role will be pivotal in delivering customer-driven contact centre solutions. Your work will encompass consulting, problem-solving, and implementing Nice CXone technologies across diverse areas, such as CRM, analytics, telecom, and social media platforms. This is a customer-focused, project-based role that combines technical know-how with business acumen to enhance client satisfaction and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting and Technical Support

- Guide clients on best practices for configuring and implementing Nice CXone products, tailoring solutions to meet unique customer needs.

- Deliver technical setup, including programming, database design, and system configurations to ensure seamless integration with customer environments.

- Provide architectural expertise to design and improve technical frameworks and database environments that support business goals.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of leading contact centre technologies and trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Project Management

- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial scoping to final delivery, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.

- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimations, risk assessments, and change management plans.

- Conduct business analysis to assess client needs, designing solutions that align with their objectives and operational models.

Business Consulting

- Represent the company professionally, engaging with clients confidently and respectfully in all interactions.

- Contribute to developing client standards and provide insights into industry trends that may affect business operations.

- Partner with internal teams to assess user needs, conducting business area analysis to guide major system implementations.

- Uphold the company’s Code of Ethics and adhere to all policies to maintain trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
