We are now searching for the best of the best Night Concierges for a dual Night Concierge and Porter role working at a high end residential block in Hampstead. The successful candidate will be working alone on the night shift taking full responsibility for the security and safety of the residents. The need will be for total vigilance with a critical eye for detail and attentiveness with the ability to stay totally awake and alert throughout the night shift. The successful candidate must have a strong proven track record of working in a similar role and responsibility and someone who will also perform also normal Porterage duties for the residents such as escorting residents to their cars, taking and delivering luggage/shopping bags/food or parcel deliveries or holding open doors and assisting with access in/out of the building or even taking away their domestic refuse for them. Other duties will of course including CCTV monitoring and performing regular building checks, investigating any reactive maintenance faults, complaints or issues and following up to completion plus carefully recording all activities to ensure the rest of the staff are fully briefed.
