About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Concierge to join our team at a prestigious residential development in Wood Green. As the first point of contact during overnight hours, you will provide exceptional service to residents and visitors while ensuring the smooth running of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and log their details in the visitor logbook.
  • Safeguard the building's keys and manage access for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Contribute to building upkeep by reporting any faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
  • Oversee deliveries, sign for packages, and ensure they are appropriately stored for residents.
  • Build and maintain a network of local contacts to provide high-quality recommendations to residents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary.
  • Handle lost property and assist with locating missing items.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the development.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role is preferred.
