We are working with a luxury Student Accommodation client who are actively seeking a professional Night Concierge to join the team, based on one of their blocks in SW London.

As the Night Concierge you will take the lead with incoming enquiries, provide excellent customer service and perform Security checks to ensure the residence is secure for the Students.

Hours: 4on 4off rota, 8pm to 8am

Salary: £28,780 per annum

Duties:

  • You will be the first point of contact.
  • Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
  • Providing a practical and timely solution to their problem, which may include communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues and managers.
  • Helping out with parcels and post queries.
  • Prepare and move bins for regular collection by external contractor to achieve daily/ weekly deadlines
  • Ensure property bin stores are kept clean and tidy
  • You'll be carrying out checks and building walks - logging all your observations on an iPad.
  • Inspecting our communal areas; our power house - the plant room, the lifts and the corridors and ensure these are kept clean.
  • Wearing lone-working device at all times whilst on duty
  • Carry out specific training to help you in your role and to acquire new skills including full training on our bespoke IT Resident reporting systems and processes.
  • To write up a great handover for your Day Team colleagues so they know all that has happened during your shift and anything that they need to follow up on.
  • Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe.
