Night Concierge

Job Title: Night Concierge (4on 4off)Location: VauxhallSalary: £31,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Night Concierge to join our team at a brand-new, prestigious development in Vauxhall. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury property, where your contributions will help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents and guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors during night shifts.
• Maintain a high standard of security across the property, ensuring that access control and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle and resolve resident queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor and report any security or health & safety issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or incidents that may arise, using sound judgement and initiative.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout the development.
• Collaborate with the day concierge team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Proven experience in a concierge, security, or customer service role, ideally within a luxury or residential setting.
• Strong judgement and common sense, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to enhancing the resident experience.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to manage challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Sound understanding of health & safety procedures and security best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts as required.
