I am pleased to be working alongside a leading Dubai Real Estate company that have recently opened their first UK office, in the heart of London.They are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team. The ideal Office Coordinator will have exceptional organisational and client-facing skills, along with previous experience working in a real estate environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and client records.
- Assist with onboarding, employee records, and staff training.
- Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate repairs.
- Process invoices, petty cash, and manage reimbursements.
- Support Property Consultants with administrative tasks.
Experience Required:
- Experience working as an Office Coordinator or front of house.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Not a necessity, however qualifications in Administration or HR are a bonus.
