Pre-Onboarding & Due Diligence* Collaborate with the sales & business development team to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to onboarding. 2. End-to-End Onboarding Process* Act as the primary point of contact for new MGA/scheme clients. * Work with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Operations, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure all processes are in place before go-live. * Develop and maintain a structured onboarding process. 3. Ongoing Client Success & Relationship Management* Serve as the go-to relationship owner for MGAs, ensuring a seamless partnership experience. * Proactively identify potential operational risks and troubleshoot issues. * Conduct quarterly business reviews with each MGA. 4. Offboarding* Manage offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and data security compliance. 5. Ad Hoc Projects* Support the wider team with ad hoc projects as required. Key Skills Required* Experience in the insurance market, ideally the MGA market. * Project management mindset with the ability to handle multiple client onboardings simultaneously. * Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Strong background in building and managing client relationships. * Excellent communication skills for developing good working relationships internally and externally. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, compliance, operations, finance, and tech teams.
