As Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, supporting both Underwriting and Agency departments.

Day-to-day duties:
- Provide strategic guidance to your team, supporting other departments by collaborating.
- Identify process improvements, implementing and maintaining efficiencies.
- Act as the primary contact for internal queries and task delegation, providing team goals.
- Problem solving and providing creative solutions to development needs.
Required skills & experience:
- 5+ yrs experience within the insurance sector with a focus on Underwriting
- Experience in a team leading / management role
- Strong supervisory and workflow management experience.
- Ability to analyse data trends and innovate processes.
