The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the out-of-home (OOH) channel and developing strategic relationships with key partners.

Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the OOH channel.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Manage OOH budgets to ensure optimal spend.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimise sales processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful OOH Lead should have:
- A solid background in sales within the FMCG industry in the OOH channel - F&B preferred
- Proven experience in managing the OOH channel - wholesale / convenience / C&C preferred. (Also open to candidates with Holland & Barrett experience).
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the UK FMCG market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to commute to Central London 3 days a week.
