The Role: As P2P Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end P2P operations, ensuring seamless invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. You'll be instrumental in driving automation, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices. Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the P2P team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Preparing and presenting key P2P performance reports to senior leadership.
- Managing the P2P process for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Acting as the key escalation point for payment issues, vendor disputes, and P2P challenges.
- Driving automation initiatives and supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
- Ensuring adherence to SOX controls and internal compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
Person specification:
- Stable CV
- Strong leadership experience in P2P or Accounts Payable functions, ideally within a shared service or multinational environment.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of compliance, internal controls, and risk management (SOX compliance preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and enforcing PO compliance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement strategic solutions.
What You'll Need to Apply:
- You must be studying towards or already qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- A background in finance, accounting, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
