The Role: As P2P Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end P2P operations, ensuring seamless invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. You'll be instrumental in driving automation, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the P2P team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Preparing and presenting key P2P performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Managing the P2P process for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Acting as the key escalation point for payment issues, vendor disputes, and P2P challenges.
  • Driving automation initiatives and supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • Ensuring adherence to SOX controls and internal compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Person specification:

  • Stable CV
  • Strong leadership experience in P2P or Accounts Payable functions, ideally within a shared service or multinational environment.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, internal controls, and risk management (SOX compliance preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and enforcing PO compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement strategic solutions.
